No. The framework describes orientation toward other people rather than energy in a crowd, and those are different things. A Full Moon reading is about forming a sense of self through relationship, which is entirely compatible with preferring two people to twenty. The extrovert shorthand is a simplification that the underlying lunation material does not actually claim.
