Corrections to the astronomy are the best reason to contact this site. If a birth date returns a phase that disagrees with a published ephemeris, that is a bug worth reporting.
Before you write
Two things account for most reported mismatches, and both are expected behaviour rather than errors. Dates here are read at noon UTC, so a birth close to an exact new, quarter or full moon can sit in a different phase than a tool using local midnight. And a named phase covers a 45-degree span, so a date at 36% illumination genuinely falls inside the First Quarter band. Both are explained on the how results are produced.
What is worth sending
- A date and the phase you expected, with the source you checked it against.
- A factual error in a guide, particularly in the astronomy guide.
- A broken link, or a page that fails to load.
- Accessibility problems with the calculators or the compatibility grid.
Requests for personal readings are not something this site can help with, it is a calculator and a reference library, not an astrology practice.

What to include in a correction
A useful astronomy correction has 3 parts: the exact birth date you entered, the phase this site returned, and the phase your reference source gives for that date. Naming the reference matters, because 2 sources can legitimately disagree when a date sits within a few hours of an exact new, quarter or full moon.
Screenshots help less than the date itself. Every result on this site is reproducible from a single date, so one date is enough to confirm or rule out a defect in under a minute.
What happens to a report
Astronomy errors are treated as defects in the code rather than as differences of opinion. If a date returns a phase that disagrees with a published ephemeris, the calculation is wrong and gets fixed, and the fix applies to all 28 pages at once because every phase on the site comes from the same function.
Corrections to a factual claim in a guide are handled the same way. Corrections to an interpretation are different, because the personality and compatibility readings are an astrological framework rather than a set of facts, and reasonable readers disagree about them. The methodology page sets out which parts of the site are open to factual correction and which are interpretation.
What this site cannot help with
Personal readings are outside what this site does. It is a calculator and a reference library, not an astrology practice, and there is nobody here who interprets an individual chart on request. Requests to add a birth date to the famous couples guide are declined unless the date is already a matter of public record.
Relationship advice is also outside it. The readings describe tempo and working rhythm inside a framework with no scientific support, and they carry no information about a specific relationship. The site terms state that position in full.
